A German language teacher filed a complaint for psychological harassment against his superiors for opposing COVID protocols in schools. Here is his story.
Andreas Pfeiffer, a German teacher at the Lycée Claude Gellée in Épinal (Vosges) who has now been assigned to the Collège de Bénaménil (Meurthe-et-Moselle), has denounced what he describes as “violent moral harassment” after challenging the sanitary measures imposed during the pandemic. A judicial investigation is underway following the complaint lodged in June 2022 by his lawyer, Nancy Risacher.
Opposition to health measures at the root of the conflict
It all began during the 2021-2022 school year, when Andreas Pfeiffer, supported by his wife Clotilde, a healthcare professional, took a stand against the sanitary measures imposed on schools. He questioned the effectiveness of wearing masks and social distancing measures, and protested against the promotion of anti-COVID vaccination, which he described as “misleading” and “experimental” according to all the reports and studies of national and international pharmacovigilances: ANSM, VAERS, CDC, Yellow Carte System, RKI, Eudravigilance, EMA, Paul Ehrlich Institut, Ständige Impfkommission…
The teacher claims to have given his students the choice of whether or not to wear the mask in class, and to have encouraged them to consult “independent factual sources” concerning the health crisis, which he doesn’t hesitate to call “the biggest political health scandal since the Second World War”. These “sanitary” measures have endangered and mistreated children, without any scientific basis, but by pure political choice.
Disproportionate sanctions and disciplinary measures
According to Andreas Pfeiffer, the consequences of his stance were particularly severe, orchestrated jointly by the headmaster of the Lycée Claude Gellée in Épinal, where he taught, and the Rectorat de l’Académie Nancy-Metz. He lists:
- Two disciplinary boards
- Nearly a year’s exclusion from the Education Nationale with loss of salary
- Six summonses to the Rectorat or Inspectorate
- Compulsory transfer to Bénaménil secondary school, 80 km from home, a verdict totally contrary to the official decision of the Disciplinary Board of June 20, 2023
- Suspension of his educational, cultural, sporting and civic projects by the head of Lycée Claude Gellée
- Loss of access to European classes and senior classes, resulting in downgrading and “placardization”.
A reference to the German “RKI-Leaks
To justify his position, the teacher relies in particular on the “RKI-Files” and the RKI-Leaks, internal documents from the German Robert Koch Institute made public following a lawsuit and the intervention of a whistle-blower in July 2024. These documents prove that the German health authorities were aware of the limits of the measures put in place, particularly concerning the effectiveness of masks and vaccines. The 50,000 pages of the Robert Koch Institute’s internal protocols, which are irrefutable evidence in court, confirm this observation and the unconsciousness, irresponsibility, indoctrination, contempt and indifference of institutions towards children, including the French National Education System.
Obviously, it was the same elsewhere, including France.
France actively cooperated with the Robert Koch Institute, under the chairmanship of Professor Delfraissy’s Scientific Advisory Board, to implement measures that were unnecessary and even dangerous, according to Germany’s highest health authority, the Ministry of Health.
Andreas Pfeiffer is now awaiting the end of the judicial investigation phase to confront his former headmaster and the Rectorat with “factual and verifiable evidence of his moral harassment”. He deplores the fact that the French education system, which has made harassment a major cause, “tolerates the worst forms of harassment of its own staff and illegal harassment”, and has never sought to “resolve the problem”, preferring instead to “let the situation fester”.
